How fast will I receive my custom quote?

You’ll typically receive personalized pricing and product ideas within 24-48 hours after submitting your request. For urgent projects, let us know your deadline and we’ll do our best to prioritize.


Is there a minimum order quantity?

Most promotional products have minimum order quantities, which vary by item. We’ll clearly explain any minimums and help you choose options that fit your needs. 


What types of organizations do you work with?

How long does production and delivery take?

Production times vary depending on the product and customization method. Most orders are completed within 7–14 business days after artwork approval. Rush options may be available.


Can I see a sample before placing a large order?

In many cases, yes. Sample availability depends on the product. We’ll let you know what sample options are available and any associated costs.


Do you offer rush orders?

Yes, rush production and expedited shipping may be available for select items. Please mention your deadline when submitting your request so we can explore the best options.


How does pricing work?

We provide clear, upfront pricing so you know exactly what to expect.
Pricing is based on the product selected, order quantity, customization method, and delivery timeline. Most custom products include a one-time setup fee. If your project requires sourcing from multiple vendors, setup fees may apply per product, and additional fees may apply for reorders. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are not included in initial quotes.


Is there an obligation to place an order after requesting a quote?

No. Requesting a quote is completely no-obligation. Our goal is to provide helpful recommendations so you can make an informed decision.
